Q. How do the tees fit?
A. SEASON 3 & 4 : Shorter length and boxier compared to previous seasons. View size charts on product page.
SEASON 1 & 2 : Fit is true to size - unisex sizing. For an oversize fit, we recommend sizing up. If you're in between sizes, we recommend going for the larger size. View size charts on product page.
Q. Where do you ship to?
A. Anywhere in Australia! We also ship to selected countries internationally - contact us for any queries.
Q. Shipping times?
A. All orders being sent via Standard Shipping (inc. International) will be dispatched within 2 business days from purchase - for domestic purchases, delivery can be expected within 3-5 business days from dispatch. All orders sent via Express Shipping will be dispatched within 1 business day from purchase.
For Local Delivery, all orders will be delivered (by yours truly) within 10 days from purchase
Q. Are there returns?
A. We have a 3-week size swap policy , which means we will be able to do a size swap for you within 3 weeks of purchase, provided there is stock available. If you are eligible for Local delivery, size swaps will be picked up for free. Otherwise, please contact us so that we can help you organise a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@fangmore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
